Our Payment Terms
To confirm and book your tour itinerary with WILD RWANDA SAFARIS Ltd, we request an initial deposit of 30% of total safari cost and during the peak seasons, we request for an initial deposit of 40%.
The payment goes towards reserving your gorilla / chimpanzee permits as well as book other logistics like accommodations for your upcoming safari with us.
The peak season covers months of December – March, June – October.
We request the balance to be paid 2 weeks to stating your safari. We accept payment by credit card via our online payment page with pesapal: https://payments.pesapal.com/wildrwandasafaris
Another payment method we accept is bank wire transfer all available for the clients to select either.
We also accept arrival cash payments. Please note that the tour must be fully paid before it starts to facilitate the fine running of the tour.
Our cancellation time frame and Penalty
60 -100 days 10% of tour quote
59 – 32 days 25% off tour quote
31 – 8 days 50% off tour quote
7 – 3 days 75% off tour quote
48 hours or less prior to no refund
- Please note that once gorilla permits and chimpanzee permits are bought are non-refundable but can be extended and exchanged to a different person. On cancellation therefore, we don’t refund gorilla permits but can extend them to a future date provided that the cancellation is done 3 weeks prior t the trekking date.
- For No show at pickup, we shall not refund unused services or unreported late arrivals. In case of any delays, sickness, please report this early so that the logistics can be extended accordingly.
We shall not refund services unused on late arrival and no-shows.
