Trip Details

Day 1: Arrival at Nairobi

You will be received by your guide at the airport and depending on the time of your arrival we will drive to your hotel in Nairobi for dinner and overnight.

Day 2:Nairobi to Masai Mara

After your morning breakfast you willdrive to Maasaimara with some stops in the Masai villages and continue to the park and reach early in the afternoon for our lunch at the lodge. Go for afternoon game drive in search for the best game like Wildebeest, buffaloes, Elephants, Zebras, Rhinos, leopards, lions, Hyena among others. Return back to our lodge later for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Full day Maasai Mara

Wake up early in the morning for breakfast and go for the game drive and sun rise view the most of the nocturnal animals coming back from different missions big cats on hunt as zebras and Antelopes start their day being chased by the predators. Other game to look out for include Elephants, Rhinos, Giraffes, Buffalos, and Elands among others. And return to the lodge for lunch. Afternoon go to the mara river to see the wildebeest and other animals as they come to quench their thirst from the river. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 4:Maasai Mara to Nairobi to Volcanoes

Depart Mara area after breakfast and head to Nairobi and fly to Kigali for yet another amazing travel experience with Gorillas.you will be picked by your guide and depending on the time of arrival you can have city tour as you proceed to Muhabura Lodge / The Garden Place Lodge (Budget), Le Bambou Gorilla Lodge / Davinci Gorilla Lodge(Midrange), Five Volcanoes Gorilla Lodge / Mountain Gorilla View Lodge(Luxury) for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Gorilla trekking

The day starts with morning breakfast at the lodge, drive to the park headquarters for briefing at Kinigi visitor center where guides will brief you on Gorilla trekking guidelines.You will then hit the jungle for this wonderful activity of tracking down these forest giants. You will spend one fuul hour with them as you take pictures and getting to learn about how they live their lives in the forest. Gorilla tracking mat take you 2 to 8 hours depending on the movement and location of the family, you must therefore be physically ready to walk a long distance into the forest. After this you will return back to the starting point for certificates and drive off to the lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight at Muhabura Lodge / The Garden Place Lodge (Budget), Le Bambou Gorilla Lodge / Davinci Gorilla Lodge(Midrange), Five Volcanoes Gorilla Lodge / Mountain Gorilla View Lodge(Luxury).

Day 6: Golden monkey trekking

You will have your breakfast early in the morning and drive to the park headquarters for briefing the same way it is done for gorilla trekking. Golden monkeys are a rare species that are found only in the Virunga Mountains and Rwanda is the best placeto see them. The activity starts early in the morning and you will spend an hour with these primates from the time of contact as you take pictures and learn about their behavior. Several other primates may also be seen on the way including several bird species.

Day 7: Kigali to Nairobi

You will be driven to the airport for your flight back home.
